Seminar on "Emotional Intelligence" held at ASOIU
On December 5, a seminar titled "Emotional Intelligence" was conducted at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). The trainer, senior employee engagement and motivation specialist, Narmin Ahmadzade, delivered a presentation on "What is Emotional Intelligence and Why is it Important?"
The seminar further explored critical components of emotional intelligence, focusing on self-awareness and self-management. Students were divided into groups and participated in exercises designed to develop emotional intelligence and enhance communication skills. Teams discussed emotion management and understanding.
The session concluded with a Q&A segment addressing students' inquiries.
