Procedure for granting additional salaries to academic staff at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) for 2025

Document Submission Period:

• Date: December 1-10, 2024
• Location: Room 218

Submission Process:

1. Eligible professors and teachers must submit a formal application directly to the university rector.
2. All required supporting documentation must be uploaded through the designated online portal.
3. Applications will be evaluated according to the "Supplemental Compensation Guidelines for ASOIU Faculty" (2024 Edition).

 

Evaluation and Notification:

• The Science and Education Analytical Center will review submitted documents.
• Results will be communicated to applicants during the final five working days of 2024.
• Applicants dissatisfied with initial decisions may submit an appeal to the rector within three working days of receiving their initial evaluation.

 

Appeal Procedure:

• A specialized appeal commission will conduct a thorough review of contested applications.
• The commission will determine and finalize results after comprehensive investigation.

 

Compensation Approval and Distribution:

• Final results will be presented and approved at the university's Scientific Council meeting in January 2025.
• Upon council approval, supplemental salaries will be:
  • Authorized by rector's official order
  • Distributed monthly
  • Effective from January 1, 2025
  • Covering a 12-month period
