Attention to the Students Admitted to Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) for the Academic Year 2023-2024!

A headquarters has been established at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU) for Student Admissions. The headquarters will provide detailed information about the registration process, training process, the specialities students are admitted to, and other related questions for those students who are accepted into ASOIU.

It should be noted that after registering on the portal.edu.az platform the Ministry of Education and Science provides, please submit the following documents to the university. The faculty deans' offices will organise the registration process for students in the main academic building and the second academic building. Registration will take place from September 5 to 14, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
 

Required Documents:


1. Certificate (original and copy);

2. 2 copies of the identity card;

3. 4 color photos (3x4 cm);

4. Curriculum vitae (original and copy);

5. Health certificate with a photo (original and copy);

6. Military service certificate for male students (original and copy);

7. Copy of the "Payment Receipt" (for fee-paying students).
