Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University announces recruitment for Doctor of Philosophy and Doctors of Sciences programs

Acceptance of documents for doctoral studies (dissertanture) under the programs of Doctor of Philosophy and Sciences will be carried out electronically through the "Centralized Education Information System" (CISO).

Persons wishing to submit documents for doctoral studies (dissertanture) must go to the website of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan portal.edu.az, select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions", and register following the instructions.

Documents will be accepted through portal.edu.az from April 12, 2022, to May 16, 2023.

Persons registered on the website of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan portal.edu.az will be allowed to take the Foreign Language exam. The Foreign Language exam will take place at the State Examination Center (SEC) on June 11, 2023. For those who successfully passed the exam in a foreign language, the exam in "Philosophy" is scheduled for September 4, 5, 6, 2023, and in the speciality - for September 11, 12, 13, 2023.
